The Fairfield Inn & Suites Redstone Gateway is a 5-story, 150-room hotel that is part of the globally recognized Marriot Hotel Brand. The hotel enjoys high visibility of Interstate 565 and is located adjacent to Gate 9, the primary access / egress point for Redstone Arsenal and within the Redstone Gateway mixed use development. The 463-acre, mixed-use master plan has the potential for a total of 4.6 million SF of commercial space, which will include up to 120,000 SF of retail and amenity space, two hotels (one of which exists), 1.2 million SF of secure office space behind Redstone Arsenal’s security fence, and over 4 million SF of Class A office and R&D space.
