Home2 Suites Charlotte Uptown is a 10-story urban-infill, mixed-use project within the core of Charlotte’s Uptown district. With walkable access to the light-rail line, convention center and sports arenas, this hotel serves business and weekend travelers. The Home2 Suites brand offers well-appointed, modern guest rooms with kitchenettes, sofas and desks to maximize a guests’ comfort during extended stays. The property opened November 2019.

The AC Hotel Huntsville Downtown is a 6-story contemporary, urban hotel that is part of the globally recognized Marriott hotel brand. This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Huntsville’s premier entertainment district, adjacent to a large park, lake, art museum, and the Von Braun Center for conventions and performing arts. The hotel building features an indoor/outdoor 2nd floor bar and leased restaurant in addition to a 20-seat lobby bar and 2,500 square foot conference room. The property opened March 2019.

FLAMINGO CROSSINGS Town Center is located at the western entrance of Walt Disney World® Resort and will be the home of this uniquely positioned suite of Marriott and Hilton select-service hotels. The 18-acre development features four 7-story hotels: 223-room Residence Inn by Marriott, 273-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, 229-room Homewood Suites by Hilton, and 272-room Home2 Suites by Hilton, as well as a 5-story structured parking deck and resort-style pools. These hotels are scheduled to open November/December 2020 and will adjoin a planned retail and dining destination development by Disney.
