Fairfield Inn – TownePlace Suites

Fairfield Towneplace Suites is a dual branded 137 key hotel development located withing the 65 acre master planned, mixed-use development called Floridian Town Center. The four-story property will feature 70 Fairfield Inn keys, 67 TownePlace Suites keys and will offer amenities including a market pantry, meeting space, fitness room and business center. The dual brand offers the opportunity to cater to a large demographic, realize operational efficiencies, and allows the hotel to capture market share in multiple business and leisure segments at two different price points.

The hotel will be located at the significant interchange of FL State Highway 429 (Western Beltway) and US 441 (Orange Blossom Trail). State Road 429 (Western Beltway) expansion completed in 2023 is the final link in the Central FL Beltway encircling the Orlando MSA and directly connects Apopka with the northern side of the Orlando Metro. The improved access has created a new economic corridor along SR 529 and accelerated population growth and spurred new residential and commercial developments within Apopka. Construction began on Floridian Town Center in October 2022 and is planned to include 600 multifamily units, a 180 unit assisted living facility, and 250,000 square feet of retail space including an anchor grocery and fitness center.
