Doradus Partners is a privately held, boutique real estate investment company headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama with an office in Orlando, Florida. Doradus Partners is focused on delivering superior risk adjusted returns for investors through value-add acquisitions, development, and asset management of Hospitality, Multifamily, and Commercial Real Estate assets. Doradus Partners seeks opportunities with a value-add, development, and/or opportunistic component primarily in the Southeastern United States. The Doradus Team has a complementary blend of real estate investment and operating experience across a broad array of property types including Hospitality, Multifamily, Office, Industrial, Retail and Mixed-Use Properties.

Development

Doradus Partners provides development services for complex projects of varying sizes. Since inception in 2016, Doradus Partners has directed 10 ground-up development projects totaling 1,854 hotel keys, 273 multi-family units, and over $500 million in aggregate value. From concept to completion, Doradus Partners is uniquely qualified to navigate our partners and clients through the design and construction of exceptional assets delivering lasting value to our investors. The company’s vertically integrated structure and ongoing value engineering efforts assure that development goals are achieved on time and within budget.

Capital Procurement

Doradus Partners serves as a principal investment platform as well as an operating partner and co-investor for institutional partners, family offices, and high-net-worth investors. Since 2016, Doradus Partners has raised and deployed over $169 million of equity into new developments with an aggregate value of over $500 million.

Asset Acquisitions

Doradus Partners is focused on acquiring underperforming commercial properties and creating value by identifying physical, operational, or financial improvement opportunities that can be addressed through redevelopment and active management. The firm’s extensive network of commercial brokers, lenders, brands, and owners allows for strong deal flow of both on and off market opportunities.
